New Dark Chocolate Covered Caramels

In fact, we employ expert chocolate-lovers so that all of our cannabis-infused chocolate edibles are crafted with only the finest chocolate. You’ll be hard-pressed to find chocolate edibles that are truly made with actual gourmet chocolate.
In fact, chocolate and caramel are such a tried & true combination that there is even a National Chocolate Caramel Day on March 19th! This day celebrates the times when the European settlers who had immigrated to the New World supposedly invented the combination of the two flavors.
While chocolate itself has been around since the time of the ancient Central Americans, it wasn’t until the 17th century that some enterprising minds decided to add milk and fat to produce the rich flavors we’re accustomed to. In the beginning, chocolate covered caramels were all the craze. Since those days, all the major candy manufacturers have been using the combination of chocolate and caramel to make their candies.
What really kicked off the Chocolate and caramel craze here in the modern United States was due to a fellow named me Mr. Milton Hershey. That’s right, the founder of Hershey’s candy company. A little-known fact is that Mr. Hershey got his start by preparing and selling just caramel. It wasn’t until he began combining chocolate with his caramel candy that the Hershel candy company began to grow into the giant candy corporation that it is today.
